In May 2015 the owner of Villa Alta #4 submitted plans to the board of directors for the construction of a pool on the property. The board approved the plans as conforming to the building and zoning requirements of the homeowners association. The plans are available here for your review if interested.

On May 18th, 2015 the city of Chapala (Obras Publicas) gave their approval for the construction to be resumed.
