    All of the water meter readings are done, and the annual bills are

    \topic{Presidents Report}
    Tim is working on the protocolization of the general assembly
    minutes. Macias the elder will do the protocolization.  Carlos del
    Toro is still attempting to finalize the offical frac documents.

    The poumphouse door and walls are ub poor condition.  Guillermo
    will paint them and  will cut down weeds at the hairpin turn.

    Tim recommended that we repaint the curbs white.  Ed will pressure
    wash first and acquire the paint.  Guillermo will do the
    painting.  Henry moved and Lori seconded.  In favor Bill, Lori,
    Henry, Tim. Opposed Will.  Abstained Sylvia.

    Tim mentioned that the two empty lots across from Tim \& Bill are
    fire hazard.

    Tim reiterated that Garbage picked up Monday and Friday, not
    Wednesday.  Garbage must be bagged and boxes flattened.

    The lip of well has been raised, and a new metal top done with
    lock has been added.

    Lori said that the signs pointing to Lomas del Manglar need to be
    redone.  Lori and Wil will get prices.

    Vaughn is renting in Gaviotas \#2, Sager's house.

    Tim is leaving May 23rd, and will return in September.
