    \subtopic{Accounting}
    Ruth reviewed the current accounts and the ``working
    relationship'' she has with our new accountant.  Both are in good
    shape.  At this point we have only one new moroso, along with the
    other two long term morosos.  
    \subtopic{Revision of the Bylaws}
    Henry was reminded that he promised to revise the bylaws, to bring
    them more into the 21st century.
    \subtopic{Water Quality}
    Tim presented the results of the water quality testing.  The water
    quality is basically well within the limits permissible.  An
    abbreviated version of the results are:

    \subtopic{The Well}
    The well is suffering from years of deferred maintenance, and the
    time has come to address it.  The well head should be raised to
    prevent dirt and runoff from flowing into the well.  We should
    also install a water gauge to measure the water level, and a
    spigot to make sampling more convenient.  The board approved the
    necessary repairs.

    \subtopic{The Grounds}
    The board wishes to commend John Kading for the superb work he is
    doing in maintaining the attractive appearance of \ldm{}.  Thank
    you John for all of your hard work.

    \topic{New Business}
    
    \subtopic{CNA Water Permit} 
    The water concession that \ldm{} has
    obtained from the CNA will expire in 2012.  The board feels in is
    in the associations best interest to keep control of our water
    supply.  We must begin the process in 2011 in order to hope to
    conclude it in 2012.

    \subtopic{Preparation for GA Meeting}
    We must prepare and send out notice for the upcoming GA Meeting.
